Customer Success Manager

Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships. Your mission is to ensure our clients maximize value from our products, achieve measurable success, and grow with us. From onboarding new customers to guiding them through strategic use cases and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll be a trusted advisor and internal advocate.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients
- Onboard, train, and empower new users on our platform
- Monitor product adoption, campaign performance, and business outcomes
- Analyze product usage and success metrics to recommend improvements
- Deliver personalized 1:1 demos and strategic reviews
- Build and execute proactive success plans to drive customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver customer feedback and shape product roadmaps
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support account renewal and expansion
- Champion the voice of the customer internally and help shape an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Digital Project Management, Business Analysis, Consultancy, or similar roles
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with an ability to turn insights into action
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or CRO is a strong plus
- Bonus points for knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web analytics tools
- Highly organized, adaptable, and self-starting
- Fluent in English — additional languages are a plus
